The Lucile L. Morgan Public Library, also known as "The Lucy," is located in downtown Heflin.
We have a great book selection as well as DVDs, Yearbooks, and local history. Our newest collection additions include Playaway Audio Books for all ages. Great for road trips or car time!
Our library offers many free programs all during the month for all ages. Those programs can be found in the monthly newsletter located on this website or at the library.
Any person with a Cleburne County address is eligible for a library card. There is a fee of $10 for all other addresses.
